Abstract

Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) remains the gold standard for treatment of end-stage knee arthritis. Excellent long-term results with survival from 95% to 99% at 15 years have been reported. ^{1, 2} To perform the procedure, adequate exposure and visualization of the joint is required.
